Q: What is Brunsfield e-Homes?
A: It is an online system that brings our property management service to your doorstep. It provides conveniences to you with online services, such as online facilities booking, view statement of account online and online maintenance request without leaving your doorstep.

Q: What services are available to me?
A: As a resident, the online services available to you are facilities booking, access to your statement of account, and request maintenance services online. Apart from this, we also endeavor to bring the community closer together with the use of Internet technology. It helps you to upgrades your living standards by exposing to the world of IT. IT can provide you with more efficient ways of doing things compared to the conventional way.

Q: Can I access this service from the other places besides my home?
A: Yes. In fact, we can service you from anywhere in the world with an Internet access.

Q: How can I register as a member?
A: As an owner, you can register at the property management counter. Just bring your Identification Card for verification. Our staff will assist you in the registration process.

Q: I am only a tenant can I register?
A: Of course you can! Just bring a letter of verification from your landlord / landlady (or bring them along with you), and bring your Identification Card to the property management counter. As a tenant, the online services available are same except financial matters like viewing the statement of account.

Q: Do I have to pay subscription fees for these services?
A: The registration is FREE of charge! No catch!!

Q: What is the duration of my membership before I need to renew it?
A: It is for an indefinite period as long as you are legitimate resident of any property serviced by Brunsfield e-Homes.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password by clicking on the "Change Your Login Name and Password" link on the main page. Just key in your existing login name and existing password, and the new login name and new password in the text box provided.

Q: What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
A: Click on the "Forgotten Your Password' link from the main page. Key in your login name and answer to the security question shown. Your password will then be sent to your e-mail.

Q: How can I contact you if I have further questions?

[ Catogory II ] Broadband Services

Q: How do I subscribe to broadband Internet?
A: You may subscribe broadband by signing up your registration at the Management Office of your property.

Q: What is the broadband packages available?
A: There is 2 pages available as follows:
      (i)     Limited access @ RM50 per month
      (ii)    Unlimited access @ RM80 per month

Q: How much do I need to pay for subscription?
A: Upon installation you are required to pay a one time installation fee of RM250 and one month deposit. For further information please refer to Bizsurf (M) Sdn Bhd representative, Ms Jocelyen at 03-2300 1800.

Q: How long wll it take to install the broadband?
A: It takes approximately one week to install upon submission of registration.

Q: What are the benefits of using broadband?
  • Higher speed compared to dail-up method;
  • Internet ready 24 hours online i.e no dailing up required;
  • Modem not required as the normal dial-up required to purchase an additional items (modem) besides than paying for the connection for the Internet.

Q: Who do I liase with when ther are any problems occur during the period usage of braodband and how long will it take to rectify?
A: The customer may lodge your report to our management office and its takes approximately 1-2 days for rectification.
